Spector Steps Back, Miller Named Head of OWL

With the fifth season of the Overwatch League looming on the horizon, the league has named Sean Miller as the new Head of the OWL.

Miller, who will be filling in for former head Jon Spector, first started working with the league in 2018 as an MBA intern where he primarily focused on driving fan and viewer engagement. Years later, he returned to the Overwatch League where he worked as Senior Manager of Product Strategy and Team Operations -- with him, he will bring years of experience and a fresh perspective into the 2022 season.

Sean brings a passion for the for the league and the franchise and is ready to lead the team as we press “go” on a season that will run entirely on an early build of OW2’s new PvP competitive mode.
